1. Information Disclosure Standard

The Company discloses information in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws and regulations as well as the rules on timely disclosure, etc. (hereinafter "Timely Disclosure Rules") established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In addition, the Company discloses information that is not required by laws and regulations or the Timely Disclosure Rules, but that is considered to have a substantial impact on investment decisions or to facilitate deeper understanding of the Company, in light of fairness and timeliness.

2. Information Disclosure Method

Information disclosed in accordance with laws and regulations and the Timely Disclosure Rules is disclosed on the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet, a timely disclosure information dissemination system) and Electronic Disclosure for Investors' NETwork (EDINET, an electronic disclosure system for securities reports and other disclosure documents based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act), and then posted on the Company's website.
In addition, the Company makes every effort to ensure that information that does not fall under the above is communicated as fairly and broadly as possible by posting such information on its website and by other means.

3. Future Outlook

Plans, estimates, forecasts, projections, and other future information on the Group disclosed by the Company are based on the Company's judgment or assumptions at the time of disclosure, and are not guarantees or assurances that future planned figures or measures will be realized. Actual results and other outcomes may differ significantly due to various factors.

4. Quiet Period

The Company observes a quiet period from the day following the last day of each fiscal quarter to the announcement of the relevant financial results in order to prevent the leakage of financial information and ensure fairness. During this period, the Company refrains from commenting on or responding to inquiries regarding financial results, etc., except for those related to information that has already been made public.
However, the Company will disclose information in a timely and appropriate manner, even during the quiet period, if such information is required to be disclosed by laws and regulations or the Timely Disclosure Rules.
