Hironobu Akiyama (Stephen Chan)

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Japan. In 2007, he was active as a trilingual artist at Universal Music. Moved to Hong Kong in 2012 and worked as an advisor to the Hong Kong representative office of Fukuoka Prefecture, and as the head of the overseas business office at the time of the establishment of IGNIS Co., Ltd., which was listed on Mothers in 2014. . Founded INFORICH Co., Ltd. in 2015. Currently working on developing ChargeSPOT globally.

Yuki Hashimoto

Certified public accountant of Japan. Started career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC and covered statutory audit, J-SOX, and IPO preparation support in various industries such as retail, restaurant, advertising, and IT startups. After taking charge in book-closing, timely disclosure, subsidiary, and investment control at a publically listed company joined the FinTech subsidiary of Mercari Co., Ltd., Merpay. As the person in charge of business planning, responsibilities included budget management and developing management accounting. Joined INFORICH in December 2019 and oversees the domestic corporate division.

Tomonori Takahashi

As a system engineer and project manager at Rugasia Co., Ltd., developed a workflow management system. In 2012, joined Velocity Co., Ltd., an e-commerce platform that handles smartphone accessories. After that, co-founded FOTOfwd (currently acquired by PicSPOT business of INFORICH) and continues to the present.

Eriko Suzuki

Investor and ESG consultant in sustainability, well-being, and Web3 fields. She participated in the founding of Japan's first ESG-focused venture capital, MPower Partners, as a managing director, and has led several other VCs. She has been engaged in global M&A and IPO operations in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley. She later launched a Japanese subsidiary of an American drone venture and became the Japan representative. She has authored the book: "From now on, the way we live will become the way we work" (April 2018, Yamato Shobo) as well as translated the book :“Mission Economy: The time has come to create a “new capitalism” with the country and the company” (December 2021, NewsPicks Publishing). She is also the mother of two children.

Kenichi Hoshi

Joined JUKI Corporation in 1989, where he worked in the former Soviet Union, India and Singapore before serving as Managing Director for local subsidiaries in France and Romania. He served as Managing Director of MISUMI Group’s Thailand subsidiary from 2005, then joined Amazon Japan LLC’s management team and was responsible for their retail, marketplace and B2B Divisions. He became COO of Oisix ra daichi Inc. and External Director of PopSicle inc. in 2020, External Director of Medley Inc in 2021 and a part-time lecturer at Tokai University in 2023. He is current an External Director at AI inside Inc., Social Good Inc. and GROOVE, as well as Representative of kenhoshi&Company and a member of the Shizuoka Prefecture Advisory Board. He was appointed as External Director in March 2024.

Tomohiro Kodama

At Nippon Steel Corporation, worked in the Electronics, Information & Communications business division. After managing internet, communication & multimedia-related business planning, left the company in 2001. Appointed Executive Vice President COO at Digit Co., Ltd. Took part in the establishment of Toranomon Graduate School of Kanazawa Institute of Technology in 2004 and was the visiting professor for entrepreneurship until 2017. Currently acting as outside director as well as an advisor of new businesses for venture stage and large companies.

Tonghui Li (Terry)

Joined DeNA as a new graduate and was involved in the development of social game platforms. From 2014, was a software engineer and tech lead at Indeed and from 2018, was a principal engineer and engineering head at Mercari. Joined INFORICH in 2021 and is currently in charge of overall system development as CTO.

Asami Kusakabe

Joined Verizon, a US telecommunications company, and deepened interest in networks through experiences in BtoB support for communication failures. After joining a law firm in Southeast Asia, joined Twitter and got involved in responding to requests from government and investigative agencies. Joined INFORICH in 2019 and managed multiple overseas subsidiaries. In 2020, appointed as an officer of a subsidiary, and from 2022 will focus on improvement of corporate governance and the establishment of a management system.

Momoro Kaji

Born in Tokyo, raised in the US. As an Accenture executive drove many projects around the world. After that, experienced the exit of an IT startup in San Francisco and was an officer of an affiliated company of a listed company in Japan. Supported many overseas startups expand into Japan and launching domestic operations such as snap's first project in Japan and ROKJAPAN and #tagboard and continues to the present.

Yoshinaga Takikawa

After joining the JR Group advertising company, he was involved in the founding of a pioneering Internet advertising company. Starting with the launch of the Internet business in the Sony Group, he has been engaged mainly in marketing and PR work for various businesses such as entertainment, communication / IoT, and AI. He has also participated in many new businesses and projects such as business creation and organization building. After that, he participated in the launch of a sports business. In 2020 he joined INFORICH.

Junpei Harino

He was engaged in sales and trading operations for institutional investors at a US financial institution. Providing liquidity to domestic and foreign investment trusts, pension funds, hedge funds, etc. through execution of individual stocks and block trading. After that, he joined Simplex Co., Ltd. after launching and selling several of his own companies, including food and nursing care. After leading the launch of new and overseas businesses, he also served as a managing director at a subsidiary, Crosspeer Consulting. He mainly covered major payment providers. He joined INFORICH in 2022.

Takeshi Sasaki

A former HR Business Partner at Ford Japan Limited and Philip Morris Japan, where he was responsible for organisational development of various business units. In 2015 joined Meta, where he was head of HR strategy for Japan, Korea and the Marketing Solutions Division.

Koichi Tsunoda

Koichi Tsunoda

A UC Berkeley graduate with a background in M&A and financial advisory projects for a foreign investment bank, he then joined an education startup as CFO. In 2017 he was appointed as CFO of Yappli, Inc., where he has served as director of the company from 2018 until retired from his position as Professional Officer at the end of 2023. He has been an outside director for C Channel Corporation and INFORICH INC since 2022.
