We depreciate batteries over 3 years and battery stands over 5 years. However, we have found that batteries and stands can still be used without issue after their depreciation periods have ended, so there is no need for a wholesale replacement.

All ChargeSPOT battery stands are capable of remotely monitoring their online/offline status and the frequency of issues occurring during rentals. For each battery, we can check the number of times users have reported problems and monitor the battery’s charge levels at rental and return to assess their condition.

Based on these insights, we perform repairs or replacements as needed, irrespective of the depreciation period, whenever faults are detected.
