We are currently preparing for the consolidation of Ezycharge and cannot disclose specific figures yet.

The inclusion of Ezycharge in our consolidated results will positively impact revenue. While it has turned profitable in the most recent fiscal year, the amount of goodwill and the amortization period are yet to be determined. We will disclose the impact as soon as it is clarified.
