What are the main characteristics of ChargeSPOT users, including age groups and gender composition?

Currently, we do not collect personal information like age groups when users register for our app.

(It is optional for users to register information such as their age group.)

Therefore, we verify user age demographics through awareness surveys, and we believe that the primary user group is in their teens to thirties.

On the other hand, users in their forties and older do exist, and we believe that with increased installations and brand awareness, the number of users aged forty and above will grow. For people who spend a certain amount of time outside and use smartphones, the need for charging exists regardless of age.

Going forward, our company aims to expand our user base and age demographic by placing our products in more accessible locations and improving app usability.

Moreover, in our “Mid-term Business Plan,” we anticipate having 2 million monthly active users by the end of 2026. Even if we assume that all these 2 million users are in their twenties living in urban areas, it would mean that only “one-sixth” of the target population is using our service.

With 100 million smartphone users in Japan, it is feasible to achieve our mid-term revenue and profit goals, even with only 2% using the service about once every two weeks, three years from now.
