We consider our company to still be in a growth phase, and prioritize investing in necessary areas for growth above all else. While we have been considering shareholder returns for some time, there is currently nothing to announce.

In our 2023 annual financial results presentation materials, we disclosed that “investments to strengthen the ‘ChargeSPOT business +α’ for growth and to develop new areas will be prioritized,” and “shareholder returns”will be considered if there are surplus funds available. This includes making the above-mentioned investments, and taking into account stock price trends.”

Should any new matters arise that need to be reported, we will disclose them in an appropriate manner.
