【FY24 January FAQ】Did the company take any action in response to the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and were there any damages?

In response to the Noto Peninsula earthquake, we offered 48 hours of free rentals starting from around 5 PM on January 1st for the entire Noto Peninsula and Nagaoka City in Niigata Prefecture.

Subsequently, considering the damage situation, we extended the free rental period to 72 hours. We immediately reported this on our official X (Twitter) account and notified users through our website and app banner after the New Year holiday. https://twitter.com/ChargeSPOT_JP

Our company recognizes that smartphone charging is a crucial lifeline during disasters, and we have always placed importance on disaster support. This initiative concluded on January 15th, but we will continue to provide as much support as possible to affected areas.

Additionally, there have been no reports of damage to our employees or battery stands due to this disaster.
