The foreign exchange sensitivity of our main business, the ChargeSPOT business, is minimal.

However, the yen-denominated loans we provide to our subsidiary in Hong Kong are more susceptible to exchange rate fluctuations, and we have recorded foreign exchange gains in our recent financial statements.

Moving forward, we will continue to monitor exchange rate fluctuations and aim to mitigate exchange rate risk by utilizing measures such as forward exchange contracts.
