We currently have over 40,000 units installed in Japan, achieved by a team of around 130 people. In Australia, about six people manage to capture a 90% market share. For expansion within a single country, a team of 30 to 40 members at most is sufficient. Since each team is not large, we believe we can maintain speed.

In future M&A activities, we aim to target companies with strong team capabilities, integrating overseas personnel directly into INFORICH’s team to proceed with a sense of speed.
